Dr. Gregory E. Leach

Dr. Leach founded Advance Medical Center in 1988, and in 2012 Doctor Leach became the medical director of Advance Medical of Naples, LLC. He is found in every aspect of operations. From Urgent Care to Naples Family Physician, he sets the standard for family medicine in Naples.
Dr. Rachel Pandit

Dr. Pandit is a family medicine physician with a broad range of work experience in the healthcare industry, including continuity primary care and urgent care. Knowledge of a wide variety of health care organizations including public, private and international settings.
Dr. Theodore Crowell

Dr. Crowell was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After medical school, he joined the Western Clinic in Tacoma, Washington, where he practiced family medicine for 21 years. He earned his certification from the American Board of Family Medicine Practice in 1977.

Tammy Bagwell

Tammy is credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Tammy is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses
