We’re excited to announce a new way for patients of Advanced Medical of Naples to message directly with the practice conveniently from their smartphone, using the Spruce Care Messenger App. We understand the frustration our patients can face while on hold or while within our phone system and want to provide a safe and easy solution to reaching us.
Advanced Medical of Naples is excited about opportunities to bring our patients the latest technology to improve how we provide communication and care, and we hope you make the most of these new services. This new application is completely secure and HIPAA compliant and encrypted. If you text us directly at the above number you will receive a confirmation and a request to download the application to provide the necessary security to protect our conversations and we will answer you within the application.
While Spruce won’t replace all phone calls, we know patients will love the convenience on the occasions where you don’t want to call or wait on hold but do need to contact us.
How do I get started?
To gain access to Advanced Medical of Naples and the new services via Spruce, simply navigate to this URL on your smartphone (iOS and Android both supported): https://invite.sprucehealth.com/566958 You’ll be directed to the app store, where you can download Spruce (free)and create your account. You can also just go direct to your app store and download Spruce Care Messenger app and enter code 566958 to be connected to our practice. If, for any reason, you do not see our practice name and logo when you download the app, select the ‘I’m a Patient’ option and enter the code 566958 when prompted.
Anything else to know?
Please remember this service is available at all times for you to submit your requests, however, our office will only be utilizing this and viewing and responding during normal business hours of Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am-5pm. This will not be monitored when our office is closed and anytime you have an emergency please do NOT use this product, call 911.
