The patient pays a monthly fee, starting as low as $69, to have direct access to a doctor whenever they need it as well as basic health care services. Pricing is transparent and varies based on age groups. There is also a one-time enrollment fee of $79.
The monthly fee covers unlimited office/virtual visits with a doctor. There are no hassles of copays or deductibles, and no insurance necessary. As part of the plan, patients receive wellness visits, ongoing care for health issues, urgent care, and access to other low-cost providers, labs and imaging services and wholesale medications. There are other services available at ‘a la carte’ pricing available to members as well.
“We are very excited about this program, as it can offer a quality and affordable service for any individual who cannot afford costly insurance or insurance deductibles, but still needs to be taken care of by experienced doctors and nurses,” Martell said.
