Dr. Gregory E. Leach
Dr. Leach founded Advance Medical Center in 1988, and in 2012 Doctor Leach became the medical director of Advance Medical of Naples, LLC. He is found in every aspect of operations. From Urgent Care to Naples Family Physician, he sets the standard for family medicine in Naples.
Dr. Rachel Pandit
Dr. Pandit is a family medicine physician with a broad range of work experience in the healthcare industry, including continuity primary care and urgent care. Knowledge of a wide variety of health care organizations including public, private and international settings.
Holly Wood, NP
Jill worked at Northwestern in the spinal cord ICU, the Medical Intensive Care Unit, and the Emergency Department. Her experience makes her instrumental in our Naples urgent care center and walk in clinic. Jill joined Advance Medical of Naples family practice and urgent care in 2006. She is the mother of two children and she has a passion for teaching. She also routinely fosters kittens.
Steven Mitnick
After Steven earned his MBA, he accepted the position of Administrator at the Charlotte County Health Department shortly after Hurricane Charley devastated the county. Five years later, he took a job in the private sector working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Steven is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Paul Cumello
Paul joined the Advance Medial of Naples team in 2018 after relocating with his wife to Naples . He is board certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Paul enjoys international travel with his wife, golf and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.
Tammy Bagwell
Tammy is credentialed as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Tammy is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses
Dr. Theodore Crowell
Dr. Crowell was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After medical school, he joined the Western Clinic in Tacoma, Washington, where he practiced family medicine for 21 years. He earned his certification from the American Board of Family Medicine Practice in 1977.
