Dr. Gregory Leach is the founder and Medical Director of Advance Medical of Naples. A native of the Florida Panhandle, Dr. Leach has dedicated his career to clinical excellence and healthcare leadership. His journey in medicine began at the University of Florida, but his path soon took him across the country to serve as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service.

During his military service, Dr. Leach was assigned to the Indian Health Service, where he served as Medical Director of a public health facility on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. This experience solidified his commitment to community-focused care. After further leadership roles in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Leach returned home to Florida, establishing Advance Medical Center in 1988 and later launching Advance Medical of Naples in 2012.

With over three decades of experience and a dual background in medicine and business management, Dr. Leach ensures that Advance Medical provides the highest standard of urgent and family care to the Naples community.
